Malaysia Automotive Institute and Koelnmesse are collaborating to organise the first Energy Efficient Vehicle (EEV) and Infrastructure Conference. The conference will be held at Hilton Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The conference aims to bring together key stakeholders in the (EEV) ecosystem, to assess and accelerate advancements of vehicles from development to market acceptance.

A great combination of arts and nature, the Kuala Lumpur Arts and Culture platform, MAPKL, will be celebrating its 3^rd anniversary with a special event called ‘From Earth Hour to Earth Day’. The month long event will include weekly movie screenings (from the best of the Kuala Lumpur Eco Film Festival), exhibitions and media arts, gigs and performances, talks, workshops and bazaars. The event will be kicked off with Earth Hour on 23 March 2013 where EcoKnights will be offering exciting and educational workshops and talks.

Earth Hour began in Sydney in 2007 and has now grown into a global event where everyone is invited to switch off their lights for one hour to take a stand against climate change.

The Solar Business Expo Southeast Asia (SESEA) 2013 will be held in Bangkok, Thailand and will bring together government, manufacturers, equipment suppliers and solar developers from all over the world to discuss the latest industrial policies, solar developments and advanced technology solutions within Southeast Asia. Amongst key highlights of the event are presentations on Thailand's ambition to install 2,000MW of solar by 2021, Indonesia’s aim to establish communal grid-connected solar power installations across 100 islands, plus the development of feed-in tariff schemes in Malaysia and the Philippines.

This training course provides participants with a quick overview of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Participants will explore the fundamentals of CSR, using the ISO 26000 international guidance for social responsibility as an overarching framework. The course will focus on CSR specifically in the context of the Asia-Pacific region. It is very practical and designed to equip each participant with the skills to drive CSR progress in their own organisation.

Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) is organising the 4^th International Conference on Energy and Environment 2013 (ICEE 2013). The conference will be held at College of Information Technology, Uniten (Putrajaya Campus).

The World Smart Energy Week 2013 will be held in Tokyo, Japan. It is an all-encompassing large-scale renewable and smart energy exhibition and conference which will hold 8 independent exhibitions and 275 comprehensive technical conference/ seminar sessions. These will include the 9th International Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Expo, PV Expo, PV System Expo, International Rechargeable Battery Expo, Eco House & Eco Building Expo, Wind Expo, and International Smart Grid Expo. The event is expected to draw 125,000 visitors and 1,890 exhibitors from 65 countries.
